HOLLYWOOD -- Charlize Theron could soon be winging her way to Calgary. The icy blond star of Mighty Joe Young, The Devil's Advocate and The Astronaut's Wife is reportedly in talks to replace Madonna in the Western drama Kingdom Come, which will begin shooting in Alberta in November. "I'm the first to admit that I am completely blessed," says Theron."I am getting so many great offers that I  can't possibly do them all."

Before the end of the year, Theron will be seen playing the object of Toby Maguire's lust in The Cider House Rules and Ben Affleck's love in the thriller Reindeer Games, which was filmed in Vancouver earlier this year. She also played Faye Dunaway's daughter in the drama The Yards, now scheduled for release early in 2000.

Theron -- who has been dating Stephan Jenkins, the lead singer of Third Eye Blind, for the past two years -- lives with her mother in Los Angeles.  "My mother completely missed out on 10 years of my life, so now that she's retired, I've asked her to come and live with me," says Theron, 24, who was raised on a farm in South Africa and left home at 19 to begin a modelling career -- first in France and then in America. She made her film debut three years ago in the low-budget thriller 2 Days in the Valley.
